There are lots of moving parts on musical instruments and often what may seem like a possible issue is just a matter of making a simple minor adjustment to ensure the instrument plays to its full potential…Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is ready to help no matter what you need!

A few helpful hints when contacting us for help to make sure we can resolve any issue for you as quickly as possible:

  • Include as much information as possible –  for example, if you have a question about assembly of a drum set, it is a good idea to give us the model number of the set or a link to the product on the site your purchased on. Also, if needed, please include your mailing address if we are sending parts. The more information we have, the faster we can help you!

  • If you would like, you can in addition email us photos at of anything related to an issue you might be need help with

  • Please make sure you add to your email Contacts list and check all mail folders for our reply depending on the email service that you use – including spam/junk folders. If you do not get a reply from us, this is likely due to your email spam/filter settings. During business hours, most replies are in a few hours or less. Evening and weekends may take a little longer. If you don’t get a reply from us within 24 hours, please check all mail folders and email us directly at   Certain email providers like Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo tend to put emails in junk/spam folders for some reason, so please check.
