A few helpful hints when contacting us for help to make sure we can resolve any issue for you as quickly as possible:

Include as much information as possible – for example, if you have a question about assembly of a drum set, it is a good idea to give us the model number of the set or a link to the product on the site your purchased on. Also, if needed, please include your mailing address if we are sending parts. The more information we have, the faster we can help you!

Evening and weekends may take a little longer.
